REAL PEOPLE, REAL DEMAND

Why families are lining up

“We always have a kiddie-pool away from the actual pool for the littles. This will let us all be in the water together.”
Mom of Four KidsEarly supporter
“A shallow end we can set up at the lake house? This is the first thing I've seen that made me think that's even possible.”
Lake HomeownerEarly supporter
“The drop-off at our dock makes me nervous every single summer. This is so much better than any dock renovation quote we've had.”

THE DEEP-WATER PROBLEM

Deep water shouldn't mean off-limits water

THE OLD WAY

Deep water, poor options

Your choices today: a pool renovation at $8,000–$35,000, or a dock extension at $16,000–$70,000 — weeks of construction either way, and the depth never changes. Or flimsy inflatables that drift, tip, and deflate. Neither gives your family a real place to stand.

THE SHALLO™ WAY

A real shallow end, anywhere

Shallo™ anchors to your pool edge or dock, sets to the exact depth you want, and stays put. A stable, walkable platform where the whole family can sit, stand, play, and stay close — set up in an afternoon, no contractors.

MEET THE SHALLO™ 4X4

One platform. Adjustable depth.

Engineered for years of use in both salt and fresh water, Shallo™ mounts to your pool edge or dock and adjusts to the exact depth you want — ankle-deep for toddlers, knee-deep for wading, waist-deep for standing and lounging. Water level to ~3'.

  • Marine-grade, corrosion-resistant frame — built for salt and fresh water
  • Depth-adjustable in seconds with no tools — set it exactly where the moment needs it
  • Anchored and stable — no drifting, tipping, or deflating
  • One-time assembly in an afternoon with basic hand tools — no contractors, no permanent construction

HOW IT WORKS

From deep water to your perfect depth in three steps

1

Attach

Mount to your dock or pool edge by simply picking a spot and filling the ballast tanks with water or sand. (Permanent install is possible with or without the ballast tanks.)

2

Adjust

Set your exact water depth — ankle-deep for the little ones, waist-deep for the adults. Patent-pending ladder-rack system with locking pins makes adjustment possible in seconds, no tools.

3

Enjoy

A stable Shallo™ End for standing, lounging, and keeping everyone close.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

Built by a dad who was tired of blowing up floats

I have five kids and a lake house I love. What I didn't have was shallow water off our dock where the younger ones could stand — and I could relax. Every swim meant a headache with inflatables and kids fighting to balance on a dry-rotted noodle.

The options were an eye-watering renovation quote or floats that couldn't hold a toddler steady. So we started building our own solution: a real, stable, adjustable shallow end. We've spent over a year engineering this product, and we're ready to change the way you enjoy the water.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Everything you're wondering

How does it stay in place?

Shallo™ anchors by design: it mounts directly to your pool edge or dock and uses weighted ballast tanks you fill with water or sand. It doesn't rest on the pool floor or the lakebed, and it doesn't float freely — so it can't drift or tip the way inflatables do. Permanent install is possible with or without the ballast tanks.

How much weight does it hold?

Shallo™ is engineered for full family use — multiple adults and kids at once. We're putting it through load testing now, and we'll publish verified ratings before the first run goes on sale. We'd rather give you a number we can stand behind than a marketing number.

Does it work in pools AND lakes?

Yes — the same platform mounts to a pool edge or a lake dock, and moves between them. (We're also working on a boat-side mount.)

What about saltwater?

Yes. Every material is being selected for both salt and fresh water — corrosion resistance is a core design requirement, not an afterthought. We'll publish the final material spec before the first run goes on sale.

How hard is it to set up?

Initial assembly takes an afternoon with basic hand tools. That's a one-time job. After that, changing the depth takes seconds and needs no tools at all.

When can I buy one?

Soon! — We're finishing engineering and locking in manufacturing. The first production run is deliberately small, and the early-access list gets first claim on it before it's offered to anyone else. Join the list and you'll know the moment it opens.

What will it cost?

Because we're still finalizing design and manufacturing, we'd rather say nothing than publish a number we have to walk back. What we can say: Shallo™ is designed to cost a small fraction of a permanent pool or dock renovation, and the early-access list will get a discounted price.

Does signing up cost anything or commit me?

No. It's just an email list — no payment, no deposit, no obligation. You'll get product updates and first claim on the first run, and you can unsubscribe any time.
